Delete your PocketCounter account
You can erase your account and all of your data at any time, with no justification required. PocketCounter is developed by Resolve Programming LTDA.
From the app (fastest)
- Open PocketCounter on Android, iPhone or Web and sign in to your account.
- Go to More › Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out of every device.
Without access to the app
Uninstalled the app or lost access? Request deletion here. To protect your account, we send a confirmation to the registered e-mail address before erasing anything.
If you prefer, write directly to privacidade@pocket-counter.com.br from your account's e-mail address.
What gets erased and what stays
