Privacy first

You never hand over your bank password.

PocketCounter does not log into your bank account and does not move money. It works only with what is already on your phone: the alerts your bank sends you, what you type, and the statements you choose to import.

The permission is yours

Reading notifications and SMS on Android is optional. You turn it on, you turn it off, at any time.

Used only for you

Your financial data exists to build your transactions and reports. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Read-only assistant

The AI answers questions about your numbers and has no permission to change anything.

Encrypted traffic

All communication between the app and our servers uses a secure connection, and your account is protected by login.

Full transparency

One page explains, item by item, every piece of data we collect, what it is for and who it is shared with.

Leave whenever you want

Export or delete your account and your data from the app or the website, with no justification required.

01 · How it works

Teach it once. It takes over from there.

No typing in every coffee. PocketCounter learns the patterns in your notifications and turns each one into a transaction.

01

The notification arrives

The app reads the bank alert and marks the amount, card, merchant and date.

Purchase approved R$ 42.90 UBER *TRIP
02

You confirm in seconds

If something is missing, a short step-by-step asks only what it could not work out: type, amount, card and tags.

Expense · Credit •3685 · Transport
03

It becomes a rule

The next time the same notification shows up, the transaction is created without you. The "Categorized by me" bar shows how much it already handles on its own.

22 of 30 transactions without you
02 · Why switch

Less spreadsheet. More clarity.

Tracking spending only works if it takes almost no effort. PocketCounter gets the effort out of the way.

Logging it by hand

  • You forget half of the small purchases
  • The card statement arrives and nobody knows where it came from
  • Categorizing everything at month end takes an afternoon
  • Spreadsheet on the computer, spending on the phone

With PocketCounter

  • Every bank notification becomes a transaction
  • Credit purchases land on the right statement, installment by installment
  • Learned rules categorize on their own
  • The same balance on Android, iPhone and Web
03 · Features

Everything coming in and going out, in the right place.

Transactions, card statements, monthly reports and an assistant that answers questions about your money.

Android · iPhone · Web

A transaction in one sentence

Write it the way you say it. If the sentence already says everything, it saves right away. If something is unclear, it asks one thing at a time.

An assistant that knows your numbers

Ask in plain language and get an answer calculated from your own transactions.

How much is still left to pay this month?
R$ 3,184.20 to go: the Mastercard statement (R$ 2,418.37, due on the 8th) and two pending fixed bills, rent and internet.
The assistant only reads. It never changes your data.

05 · Frequently asked questions
When will PocketCounter launch?
We are putting the finishing touches on Android, iPhone and Web. Leave your e-mail on the list and you will hear from us the moment it opens.
Does it work with my bank?
If your bank sends a notification or SMS for purchases, Pix or transfers, PocketCounter can read it. When the format is new, it asks for help once and learns the pattern. You can also log a transaction in one sentence or import your card statement.
Why is automatic capture Android-only?
iOS does not let an app read other apps' notifications. On iPhone you log transactions in one sentence, import statements, and see everything captured on Android or logged on the Web, all in the same account.
Do I have to give you my bank password?
No. PocketCounter does not access your bank account. It uses the alerts that already arrive on your phone, what you type, and the statement files you choose to upload. See the details in the Privacy Center.
What if it categorizes something wrong?
Everything the app assumed stays visible and can be corrected right after saving. When you correct it, the rule is adjusted for next time.
How do I delete my account and my data?
From the app itself or from the Delete account page. We erase your account and your transactions, with no justification required.
How much will it cost?
Plans will be announced at launch. People on the list hear first.
